Zivel Cumming-Windermere

Love this place! Zivel is my new favorite wellness/recovery center. They literally have everything under one roof. Cryotherapy, sauna, red light bed and leg compression all can be done at this location. I also enjoyed the cryo facial! The staff and owners are all super nice and friendly. 5 stars all the way!

Amazing concept and well executed space. As an endurance athlete, and a professional wellness coach, I could not more highly recommend the modalities and services provided all under one roof. Both the cryo chamber and the infrared sauna were immaculately clean, well appointed with amenities, and private. Tony at the front was phenomenal with explaining everything, and his background in triathlon means he knows his stuff and can vouch for how much the recovery techniques provided relief in real time. Highly recommend!

Amazing addition to the neighborhood! Zivel is quite impressive. The space is modern, clean, and super relaxing—exactly what you want after a tough workout. I really enjoy the cryotherapy and always leave feeling totally refreshed and recharged. The Cryolift facial is a game changer - a must try! The staff is welcoming and ready to guide you through any questions you may have. I had an excellent experience at ZIVEL! I came in for a cryo-lift facial, and it was amazing — my skin felt smoother, tighter, and noticeably clearer right afterward. Mckenzie did the facial and was fantastic — professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel relaxing and effective. She also took me through a cryo-slimming session, and I could actually see a noticeable difference in my waistline — even after just one session. It was refreshing and left me feeling energized. Everyone at ZIVEL was wonderful, from the friendly front desk staff to Mckenzie herself. They even let me try the cryo-chamber, which was such a cool (literally!) experience.
