Zivel Metairie

If you’re thinking about going to Zivel, you must try it out! I’m so happy I came across this awesome place! I met one of the owners, Chris, and he’s super nice but everyone that works here is also really friendly and they keep everything very clean as well! I love how all the sessions are private and you don’t have to share a room with anyone like some other places. All of their recovery sessions are great especially the infrared sauna and you can choose the lighting that you want or you can change the colors which I think gives a more relaxing experience. I’ve been coming to Zivel for the past few months right before their grand opening and the red light therapy, float therapy, and cryotherapy, etc. really does work so I’ll definitely be continuing my membership! Give it a shot and you won’t regret it!

Had a great day at Zivel! First we were greeted by Chris, he is so sweet. He showed us all the modalities we were going to experience. My favorite was the dry float bed. I felt like I slept for a week. Zivel is a great way to relax after a busy holiday season

I just had the most relaxing hour at Zivel Metairie! I did the dry float, red light therapy and leg compressions. You’ll leave feeling like a million bucks! The staff is super friendly and everything is always so clean.
