Pathway

Body Composition & Metabolic Support

Sustainable change is built through consistency, not extremes.

Who It's For

Who This Pathway Is For

This pathway is designed for clients who want to support body composition goals as part of a broader wellness or health journey.

It is commonly used by individuals who are already working on nutrition, training, and lifestyle habits, and want a structured routine that supports consistency.

Rather than positioning wellness as a quick fix, the pathway focuses on repeatable sessions that fit real schedules and reinforce long-term habits.

This pathway is educational and wellness-focused. It does not replace medical care and does not diagnose or treat conditions.

  • Clients targeting stubborn areas as part of a broader wellness plan
  • Individuals building consistency with training, nutrition, and recovery routines
  • People who want structured support that complements long-term habits
  • Anyone who prefers a clear plan over extreme, short-term approaches

The Goal

Primary Goal

The goal of this pathway is to support body composition routines by pairing targeted sessions with recovery inputs that help clients stay consistent over time.

The emphasis is on sustainable routines that complement training and lifestyle habits, not on quick or extreme promises.

Included Services

Services Commonly Used

This pathway combines a structured sequence that supports whole-body recovery and targeted goals:

On non-slimming days, many clients repeat the sequence while skipping the Cryo Slimming step.

The Process

Recommended Sequence (How It Works)

01

Cryotherapy is used first as a whole-body stimulus that many clients use to support recovery routines and metabolic consistency.

02

Cryo Slimming can follow on targeted days to focus on specific areas as part of a broader body composition plan.

03

Red Light Therapy is used next as a whole-body session that many clients incorporate to support cellular energy processes and recovery habits.

04

Compression Therapy is commonly used at the end of the session to support circulation and post-session recovery comfort.

The Science

Science & Education

Body composition is influenced by long-term patterns: lifestyle consistency, training stimulus, recovery quality, and daily habits.

Zivel's Science Hub provides clear education on evidence-informed wellness modalities commonly included in recovery and body composition routines.

Recommended Frequency

Recommended Frequency

Frequency depends on goals, schedule, and how a client structures training and nutrition habits. Many clients benefit from consistent sessions over time rather than sporadic use.

  • 1–2 sessions per week to build consistency and reinforce routine
  • 2–3 sessions per week during focused blocks (paired with lifestyle habits)
  • Targeted Cryo Slimming days can be scheduled as part of a plan, with non-slimming days using the same flow minus the targeted step

Build Consistency First

The strongest outcomes come from repeatable routines. This pathway supports clients who want a structured plan that fits real life and reinforces long-term wellness habits.
