Lily was great. Highly recommend Zivel for many things they offer but especially the Cryo by Lily.

We love Zivel and the staff! Even our 13 year old uses it to recover on her off days and before/after big tournaments.

If I could give more then 5stars I would absolutely do it, this morning I went and tried the dry float this morning and its SO AMAZING!!!! so if your looking to unwind and relax definitely recommend doing the dry float, I felt so relaxed and left feeling so good!! Another service highly recommend is the cryotherpy so if you are athletic or just looking to ease pain or inflammation this one is for you, as it was definitely for me. I have inflammation in my lower back also arthritis and it made a world difference for me, also loved the red light therapy alone with its many many benefits it has, This place alone with the friendly staff is the BEST !!! Just to give a few shoutouts the other day Kim was so kind, very helpful, explaining each service to me, also today Kirk was the exact same way, very kind, explaining each process 😊 I will be back

Daughter is a softball/basketball player returning from injury. Long tournament this past weekend and her body was sore. Crying and compression therapy and she’s feeling tremendously better. Definitely recommend for athletes looking to recover after competition.
