I’ve been going to Zivel for the past year, and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to all my friends and family. The infrared sauna , compression therapy and cold chamber are top notch experiences. I am feeling my best because of this : high energy , mentally and physically optimized. 5/5

don’t write reviews often, but this one is earned. From the moment I walked into Zivel, I felt like I had found something different. The space is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed, not clinical or cold, but elevated and intentional. You can tell health and experience both matter here. And then there’s Catalina. Catalina made the entire experience. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. She took the time to explain everything, answered every question without rushing, and made me feel completely comfortable. You can tell she actually cares about people not just the service. That kind of energy is rare. I’m very serious about my health, and I don’t trust just anyone when it comes to wellness. Zivel exceeded expectations. The service was seamless, the attention to detail was top tier, and I walked out feeling better physically and mentally. If you care about your body, your recovery, and doing things the right way, this is the place. I’m honestly so glad I found it. Catalina, thank you for making it such a great experience. I’ll absolutely be back.

I love visiting the facility for a reset. I am not an athlete, but I go for general aches and pains and I always feel better afterwards. All the services are great! I especially look forward to my infared sauna followed by cryo tunnel, recharges my battery every time. If I feel like taking it easy just a nice red light therapy or dry float is perfect. I recommend this location, the people are friendly and knowledgeable and the services are varied for your choosing.

I cannot speak highly enough of Zivel. Joining Zivel helped jumpstart and has been an integral part of my wellness journey. The infrared red light sauna followed by the cryo chamber has been a total game changer. I leave Zivel feeling energized and with an endorphin boost, ready to take on the day. The premium services (cryo facials!) are incredible and relaxing. Mike and Carolina are both super knowledgeable, helpful and create a welcoming and fun environment. 10/10
