Zivel has truly captured “wellness” at their Cool Springs clinic. From the Oxygen bar in the waiting room, to the plush changing robes between sauna/cryo sessions. I left feeling totally energized and ready for the day. Thank you Zivel!

Zivel Performance & Recovery is truly a game-changer! They offer state-of-the-art recovery services that go far beyond your typical wellness center. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. I signed up while training for a half marathon, and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made—my body feels absolutely amazing after each visit. Zivel has been great over the last few months of Cryotherapy treatments. Definitely noticing a difference in my chest (main concern area)! And Nicole is awesome at her job -pleasant and professional! Will be getting another package of Cryo treatments with Zivel- Cool Springs
