Zivel Murfreesboro

This was such a lovely experience. I did the dry float, the compression with oxygen, the sauna and the cryotherapy. It was my favorite day ever. I will be back! Thank you Zivel for showing me a wonderful experience at your spa!

Love this place! So glad we have one in Murfreesboro. From the Infrared Sauna to compression and oxygen to Cryo, this place has it all. Definitely recommend checking this place out whether you are looking for a good recovery routine after your workout or even just some relaxation. The sauna is my favorite! Love hooking up my music via Bluetooth and just sweating out the stresses of the week. Feels like a dance party! 10/10💪🏼

If you are in the Murfreesboro area and looking for a recovery center, I highly recommend Zivel. My son was visiting the area for a soccer tournament and needed some recovery in his downtime. The location is very clean and the services are top of the line. They have everything from oxygen to cryotherapy.
