At Zivel, our mission is to keep our services accessible and affordable, so our clients can do more of what they love. To maintain accurate scheduling, we uphold the following policies.
Appointments may be canceled up to 24 hours before start time without penalty. Credits used will be automatically returned to your account.
Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a fee of 25% of the non-member cost or $25, whichever is greater.
Missed appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the non-member service cost. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
If running late, please notify the store immediately. We uphold a 5-minute rule for abbreviated treatments. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may require rescheduling.
We do not offer refunds for services rendered or previously purchased services. At the store's sole discretion, purchases may be converted to store credit or gift cards.
Policies may be updated periodically and published on our website and booking system.
