Jeff Lancaster, a lifelong resident of North Georgia, holds a Bachelor of Science in Management degree and a Master of Science in the Management of Technology degree from Georgia Tech. He is currently the Director of Decision Support Systems at Northeast Georgia Health System. Over the last 20 years, Jeff has spent a significant amount of time volunteering in the local schools, chaperoning field trips, serving on the Local School Council (LSC), assisting with the setup of the South Forsyth High School football field before games and has coached several of his sons’ youth basketball, flag football and football teams. Jeff’s journey into health, wellness, fitness and biohacking started early but it was renewed in 2010 as he sought to address personal health issues, which ultimately inspired him to open a business (Zivel Performance & Recovery), aimed at helping others with their health journeys.

Janis Lancaster, originally from Puerto Rico, moved to Orlando and later to Atlanta. She earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Central Florida and her master’s in healthcare management from Brenau University. Janis worked in Healthcare IT for most of her career and stays busy raising a family and volunteering on various boards (Touchdown Club VP of Fundraising for the football program and Chair of Community Outreach for the lacrosse program). She has volunteered for many other roles in the school system over the years as well, including Local School Council (LSC) advisory member, PTO – VP of Hospitality and Room Mom, among others.

Janis and Jeff have lived in Forsyth County since 1997. They have three sons – Carter, Brandon, Davis, as well as Maverick their Golden Retriever & Belle their grand pup. They are very excited about the new journey that they are embarking on as small business owners and look forward to helping their friends, neighbors and others in the community in their health and wellness journeys.
