Sensory Reduction Environments and Stress Modulation

This study examined the effects of floatation-based sensory reduction therapy (REST) on stress and anxiety outcomes. Participants demonstrated significant reductions in perceived stress and anxiety following float sessions, supporting the role of sensory reduction environments in autonomic regulation.
