I love this place! So happy they're in the neighborhood! I've started doing Cryo and IR Sauna to help with inflammation and better circulation, and it's also helped improve my sleep and with my energy. I have been feeling amazing since I started coming to Zivel. This place is new, clean, comfortable and so worth the membership! Additionally, the gals at the front desk are amazing! M.E. especially has been amazing and so helpful getting me acclimated to the services and just feeling comfortable during each visit. This is a one stop shop for recovery. So happy you're here!

5-Star Review: Zivel in Parker is Pure Heaven for Recovery and Rejuvenation! I recently signed up for the monthly subscription at Zivel in Parker, and wow—what an incredible introduction to next-level wellness! The package includes cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, compression and oxygen therapy. There are also some premium services cyro slimming, toning and facial for an additional nominal fee! It's already become my go-to for feeling refreshed and youthful. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two amazing young ladies—M.E. and Paige (I believe those were their names). They were incredibly helpful, pleasant, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience so welcoming and fun. They guided me through nearly everything on offer, and I left feeling like a new person! I started with the Cryolift facial—about 45 minutes of soothing cold therapy that left my skin glowing and, honestly, I swear it took 20 years off my wrinkles! Then came 15 minutes in the infrared sauna—pure bliss for these aching bones; it warmed me up and melted away tension like nothing else. Next, M.E. got me into the cryo chamber for a quick 3-minute session at -151 degrees. I walked out feeling completely rejuvenated, energized, and youthful—truly amazing! After that, 30 minutes of compression therapy on both legs—it circulated my blood and lymphatic system so effectively that my legs felt like they belonged to my 20-year-old self again. No more heaviness or soreness! I followed up with 15 minutes of red light therapy, which I know works best with consistency, so I'm committing to 3–4 sessions a week moving forward. The benefits for skin, recovery, and circulation are already noticeable. To cap it all off, I ended with float therapy in their dry float bed—warm water, a heavy blanket, eye mask, and soothing music for 30 minutes. I fell asleep in about 5 minutes and woke up feeling like I'd had the best rest of my life. Incredible! Overall, Zivel Parker delivers an exceptional, luxurious experience in a clean, modern space with top-tier equipment and genuinely caring staff. If you're looking to recover faster, reduce pain and inflammation, boost your energy, or just treat yourself to some serious self-care, this place is a piece of heaven. Got cryo done for the first time. Felt amazing after. The girls that work here are amazing. Super professional and fast. They keep the place clean and tidy. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a great experience at Zivel (Parker location) and highly recommend it. I did a dry float session and found it incredibly relaxing from start to finish. The atmosphere was calm and spa-like, with soothing scents that immediately helped me unwind. The music options were surprisingly diverse and relaxing, which made it easy to personalize the experience, and the equipment was clearly high quality, spotless, and well maintained. What really stood out, though, was the staff—they were knowledgeable, welcoming, and took the time to explain everything so I felt completely comfortable. It was a relaxing, high-quality experience and one I’d happily do again.
